(a)

(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department

(ii) A post in the level -13 in pay matrix of 7th pay commission or equivalent with 2 year regular service in cadre

(iii)A post in the level -13 in pay matrix of 7th pay commission or equivalent with 3 year regular service in cadre

(b) Processing the following educational qualification and experience 

Essential : Experience in Information Technology and E-Governance, establishment, personnel and administrative matter compulsory.

Desirable : A degree in Law from recognized University
